Standardized Production Process

Raw Material Pretreatment: Steel plate leveling to eliminate stress → Cutting to specifications → Alkali washing to remove oil stains → Acid washing to remove oxide scale → Rinsing with clean water

Structural Forming: Small parts are stamped and formed in one step; large parts undergo multiple roll forming processes to ensure uniform angles.

Hot-Dip Galvanizing: Immersion in a 440-460℃ molten zinc bath to form a zinc-iron alloy + Pure zinc double-layer structure, rapid cooling and solidification after plating

Post-processing and inspection: Mechanical removal of zinc nodules and burrs → Grinding of cut edges → Cleaning of residual zinc from threads → Additional passivation treatment for high requirements
