Process requirements: When cutting materials, ensure that the cut is flat, burr-free and deformation-free, the bending angle tolerance is ±1°, there are no cracks or wrinkles at the bend, and the weld is free of porosity, slag inclusions and incomplete penetration. The material is then treated by quenching and tempering.
