Quick Selection and Judgment

If the following three conditions are met, it can usually be used directly without repeated verification:

·The center distance of the holes on the original yoke plate is 150mm.

· The diameter of the matching bolts/pins is compatible with the φ20mm hole diameter.

·The rated load of the circuit design does not exceed 210kN.

Installation and Replacement Precautions

·Before replacement, please check the rated load of the model. Never exceed the rated load.

·If the hole position is slightly off, do not use a flame to enlarge the hole diameter or strike it forcefully during assembly to avoid damaging the internal structure of the circuit board. It is recommended to replace it with a model of the matching size.

·Tighten the bolts to the standard torque of the corresponding specification. Avoid overtightening to prevent thread stripping, or undertightening to prevent loosening.

Recommended Matching Fastener Specifications

For this φ20mm hole diameter, the following are standard matching fastener selection references:

·Connecting pin: φ20mm standard cylindrical pin

· Fastening bolt: M20 grade matching hex bolt

·Each stamping die undergoes full-size calibration after every 5000 pieces produced to ensure long-term stability of hole spacing and diameter. The first piece of each batch undergoes full-size verification, and mass production only begins after all parameters pass inspection.

·Finished products undergo visual inspection to remove zinc balls, burrs, and unplated areas. We conduct tensile tests and zinc coating thickness checks on batch samples and include corresponding test reports with each batch.

·We ultimately ensure that different batches of the same model are directly interchangeable, avoiding dimensional mismatches between new and old inventory.
