Surface treatment

The zinc layer can effectively isolate the steel from contact with air and moisture, significantly slowing down the oxidation corrosion process. Even if the zinc layer is damaged, the zinc will be preferentially oxidized to form a protective film to protect the base steel.

LV-2115 Yoke Plate Production Process

 

Raw material inspection

Ensures that the steel's chemical composition and mechanical properties meet requirements, avoiding materials with interlayers or cracks.

Cutting

CNC flame-cuts the steel into rough blanks according to the required joint plate dimensions, removing edge burrs.

Forging

Heats the rough blanks to 800-1000°C and stamps them into a basic triangular shape, refining the internal grain size and increasing strength.

Machining

Milling ensures surface flatness, while CNC drilling creates holes with a 30mm diameter and a position deviation of ≤1mm.

Surface treatment

Degrease and rust-remove the LV-2115 yoke plate, followed by hot-dip galvanizing. The zinc coating is then inspected for quality.

When maintaining the LV-2115 yoke plate, ensure they are protected from loosening, corrosion, and structural damage to ensure connection stability and load-bearing capacity.

Corrosion

Observe the integrity of the zinc coating, including any signs of peeling or shedding.

 

Structural Deformation

Use a ruler or square to measure key dimensions. If deformation is detected, discontinue use immediately.

 

Crack Damage

Cracks, chipping, or impact damage may affect performance and require prompt replacement.
