In the erection of high-voltage transmission lines and substation towers, the splicing and assembly of double-strand tension insulator strings and double-split conductors are inseparable from high-strength connecting hardware. Ordinary simple connecting plates suffer from uneven stress and thin galvanized layers, making them prone to corrosion and deformation during long-term outdoor use, directly threatening the safety of line operation. The LV-2115 Yoke Plate, also known in the industry as the LV-2115 Triangular Connector, is a standard LV-type three-hole connector. It is specifically designed for connecting single-string insulators with double conductors or double-strand tension strings. It offers ample mechanical load capacity and stable corrosion resistance, making it a standard component for 110kV and 220kV overhead lines and guyed tower projects

The LV-2115 Yoke Plate uses high-quality Q235 carbon structural steel plate as its base material, integrally stamped without welded seams, thus avoiding stress concentration and fracture risks at the source. To ensure service life in harsh outdoor environments, this part adheres to strict specifications from material selection to surface treatment:

Raw materials: High-quality carbon structural steel strip is selected to avoid defects such as delamination or cracks from the source.

Forming and processing: CNC flame cutting is used for blanking, followed by hot forging and stamping at 800–1000℃ to refine the internal grains, and finally milling to ensure flatness and precise drilling.

Surface Treatment: The entire plate undergoes hot-dip galvanizing, resulting in a uniform and strongly adhered zinc layer, providing excellent rust and corrosion resistance.

The LV-2115 Yoke Plate is packaged according to two categories: engineering and export. Domestic engineering orders are packaged in woven bags, each labeled with the model and specifications. Export orders are reinforced with rust-proof paper and moisture-proof film, and layered in cardboard boxes to prevent damage and oxidation during sea transport. Full container shipments include complete material certificates and mechanical testing reports to meet overseas site acceptance and customs clearance requirements.
