Daily Inspection
Regularly inspect the galvanized coating. If white rust is detected, wipe it with a soft cloth and reapply zinc-based paint.
Periodic Maintenance
If used in a dry environment, inspect the galvanized coating thickness every five years. If the thickness is less than 50μm, anti-corrosion treatment is required.
Extreme Condition Treatment
Rubber protective covers can be installed to reduce direct friction between the coupling plate and conveying equipment.
The maintenance and care of the LV-3018 yoke plate should be considered in accordance with the operating environment and frequency of use. If any problems are discovered during maintenance, they must be replaced promptly.
