If they do not meet the requirements, the joint plate needs to be replaced in time; Damage detection: Perform magnetic particle inspection on the weld and the edge of the hole. If the matrix crack is deeper than 80μm, it will be stopped immediately. Measure the flatness of the joint plate. If the local warping is greater than 3mm/L, it needs to be replaced.
