The specific inspection contents are as follows: Bolt firmness: Check whether the anti-loosening nut is off or deformed, and the bolt arrangement spacing deviation is ≤2.0mm; Hole position matching: Use a vernier caliper to measure the hole diameter to ensure that the main hole and the auxiliary hole meet the requirements. If they do not meet the requirements, the joint plate needs to be replaced in time; Damage detection: Perform magnetic particle inspection on the weld and the edge of the hole. If the matrix crack is deeper than 80μm, it will be stopped immediately. Measure the flatness of the joint plate. If the local warping is greater than 3mm/L, it needs to be replaced.
