The L-07-100/400 Yoke Plate is an internationally recognized yoke plate with a mature structure and high interchangeability. It perfectly matches 110kV–220kV transmission lines and double-split conductors. Its high-strength design ensures safer use, with a rated breaking load ≥100kN and a safety factor ≥2.5. Made of Q355B/A572 Gr.50 high-strength steel plate with a thickness of 16mm, it effectively resists icing, wind vibration, and conductor galloping, making it suitable for demanding applications such as long-span overseas locations, mountainous areas, coastal areas, and areas with strong winds.

The L-07-100/400 Yoke Plate's advantages lie in its high hole precision and zero installation obstacles. It features high-precision control of the key hole spacing (400mm) and a standard tolerance of φ22H7 hole diameter, allowing for smooth assembly with M20 hot-dip galvanized bolts. Visually, it exhibits good flatness, no deformation, and uniform stress on the insulator string, preventing eccentricity and jamming, thus reducing the difficulty of high-altitude operations. When used in corrosive environments, the surface is hot-dip galvanized, requiring a zinc layer thickness of ≥86μm, and has a service life of 20-30 years.
