Through precision forging and heat treatment, it features a precise internal structure free of porosity and cracks, with a rated breaking load of up to 600kN, meeting the requirements of heavy-load transmission.
The finished triangular yoke plates undergo rigorous anti-corrosion treatment, allowing them to be used even in rain, snow, and humid environments. The main anti-corrosion process is hot-dip galvanizing, which conforms to international standards such as ASTM A153 and GB/T 13912. The zinc layer thickness is ≥85μm, ensuring that the zinc layer has sufficient adhesion to isolate the yoke plate from the external environment, thereby preventing corrosion.

Aperture Design
For M6 bolts, we can design a 6.5mm hole diameter, and for M8 bolts, we can choose an 8.5mm hole diameter. This can be matched with different fasteners. During the production process, high-precision drilling machines and grinding machines are used to ensure that the roundness and perpendicularity of the hole diameter reach the best state.
