These Strain Yoke Plates are typically made with a triangular three-hole structure. Compared to ordinary straight plates, the stress point is distributed three-point, resulting in a more even load distribution and significantly improved resistance to eccentric loads and torsion. The entire plate is stamped as a single piece without welds. Since tension components withstand alternating tension year-round, welds are the weakest point prone to cracking. The one-piece molding also provides a greater safety margin in the event of short-term overloads such as icing or strong winds.
The surface is uniformly hot-dip galvanized, strictly adhering to ISO 1461 standards. The zinc layer thickness and adhesion are measured for each batch. These core load-bearing components are most susceptible to corrosion. A single layer of rust reduces the effective cross-sectional area of the sheet metal, directly decreasing its load-bearing capacity. After plating, we inspect the appearance of each piece, thoroughly cleaning away zinc nodules, burrs, and areas with unplated areas, otherwise, areas with accumulated dust and dirt will rust even faster.
Currently, we mainly stock the L-type delta series and the LS series, with nominal breaking loads ranging from 70kN to 750kN, suitable for conductors from 400mm² to 600mm², and providing corresponding specifications for tension sections at voltage levels from 10kV to 500kV. We have ready-made molds for the entire L-07 to L-42 series, and the LS models from 120kN to 640kN are also mature, mass-produced specifications. For standard models, we can start production directly without waiting for mold opening, ensuring stable delivery times.

Every finished product undergoes a full-size sampling inspection before leaving the factory. Tension string installations involve high-altitude operations, requiring high coaxiality of the holes. Even slight discrepancies can make bolt insertion difficult and cause the fittings to be misaligned under stress. Accurate dimensions allow for direct installation on-site with standard insulators and tension clamps, eliminating the need for on-site hole grinding and enlargement. Plate thickness and hole spacing are made according to general power fitting standards, ensuring high compatibility with mainstream international fittings, eliminating the need for customers to modify drawings.
For special hole positions, plate thicknesses, or material requirements, simply send drawings or detailed parameters, and we can arrange for sampling. Small-batch trial orders are also accepted, without the need to force large quantities. Tensile strength testing is performed on every batch before shipment, and material certificates and galvanized layer test reports are included with the goods.
Packaging is done to the standards of long-distance ocean shipping. Individual items are separated by moisture-proof paper to prevent damage to the zinc coating during transport. Standard wooden pallets are used for external reinforcement, secured with steel straps both horizontally and vertically. During packing, the weight and number of layers are carefully controlled to avoid deforming the bottom items in an attempt to maximize cargo volume. Before loading, the model and quantity are checked against the packing list item by item to minimize errors and omissions.
