Cleaning
Remove oil, rust, and scale from the surface of the plate, otherwise the zinc layer will peel off and blister. The fluxing treatment can form a uniform fluxing film on the surface of the plate, which greatly improves the adhesion between the zinc layer and the steel plate and ensures that there are no leaks in the zinc coating.
Hot-dip galvanizing
The galvanizing process is carried out at high temperature. The power line transmission yoke plate is sent into a molten zinc bath at 440-460℃ and immersed for 3-5 minutes to achieve full surface coverage with zinc layer without dead corners. Only when the zinc layer thickness is ≥85μm can it be shipped out of the factory.
Adhesion test
Randomly selected products are tested by passing a 180° cold bending test. After bending, the zinc layer should not peel off, flake, or crack. If any unsuitable products are found, the entire batch needs to be re-galvanized to ensure that the anti-corrosion performance meets the standards.
