The manufacturing process of the 3 Hole Strain Yoke Plate needs to be matched according to the load level to adapt to power transmission, machinery, and monitoring scenarios. The main process flow is as follows:

Raw Material Preparation: Select high-quality hot-dip galvanized steel, ductile iron, stainless steel, aluminum, etc., using laser cutting and plasma cutting, leaving a 3-5mm machining allowance to ensure plate thickness tolerance ≤ ±0.1 mm;

Ball Forming: Different materials are suitable for different forming methods. For example, ductile iron can be hot forged, steel plates can be cold stamped, and stainless steel is cut;

Precision Machining: CNC drilling machine is used for machining, with hole diameter tolerance H7 grade and hole spacing tolerance ≤ ±0.15 mm to ensure accurate assembly of bolts and pins. Hole openings are chamfered at 0.5×45°, and edges are deburred using a belt sander or CNC milling cutter, with a surface roughness Ra ≤ 1.6 μm to prevent stress concentration and installation scratches;

Corrosion protection: For 3 Hole Strain Yoke Plates used outdoors, the surface needs to be galvanized, pickling → fluxing → hot-dip galvanizing at 450℃, with a coating thickness of 65–85 μm, to achieve long-term corrosion protection.

Plate thickness is measured using a micrometer; flatness error ≤ 0.15 mm/m; no warping or deformation; hole chamfer is 0.5×45° or 1×30°; no sharp edges or burrs; length/width deviation ≤ ±0.2 mm, consistent with CAD drawings.

Surface quality inspection: Surface free of casting/forging defects such as cracks, porosity, sand holes, and slag inclusions; coating thickness 65–85 μm, uniform coverage without missed areas; salt spray test ≥ 1000 hours with no red rust, conforming to ISO 1461.

Mechanical property inspection: Tensile strength ≥ 400 MPa; fracture load ≥ 1.2 times the design value; fatigue resistance after 10⁷ alternating loads; yield strength ≥ 205 MPa.
