Stainless steel: Typically used in extreme and harsh environments such as coastal high-salt spray, chemical corrosion, and marine engineering, 304 stainless steel has basic corrosion resistance, thus resisting general salt spray and chemical media erosion. 316 stainless steel contains molybdenum, making it more resistant to seawater corrosion and strong acids and alkalis than 304, but it is more expensive and is mainly chosen by high-end users.
