The core function of the DB regulating plate is to provide flexible fine-tuning capabilities to adapt to complex construction environments. Its specific applications mainly include:

Adjusting Insulator String Length: Connected in series with the connecting fittings of insulator strings, it is used to adjust the length of double parallel insulator strings.

Adjusting Split Conductor Sag: Connected in series between the tension insulator string connecting fittings and the tension clamps of split conductors, it is used to precisely adjust the sag (sagging) of the two split conductors, ensuring uniform line tension.

Adjusting Installation Sag and Over-traction: Connected in series between the tension insulator string and the fixed end of the crossarm, it is used to adjust over-traction issues when connecting conductors with sag during installation.

Regarding quality control, we consistently maintain strict factory standards. Raw materials are inspected upon arrival to eliminate inferior sheets. After forming, each sheet is manually inspected for flatness and hole accuracy, rejecting any deformed, misaligned, or defective products. A final visual inspection is conducted after galvanizing to ensure no missed plating, zinc buildup, or defects. Each batch undergoes sampling and tensile testing to guarantee overall load-bearing capacity meets standards, capable of withstanding long-term outdoor high-altitude tension and wind pressure sway without bending, deformation, or loosening. Standard model markings can be pressed onto the sheet surface for convenient on-site classification management, material inventory, and project acceptance, preventing the mixing of different specifications of regulating sheets and mitigating potential safety hazards from the component end
