DB-1080-200 Adjusting Plate

Adjusting Insulator String Length: Connected in series with the insulator string, this hardware is used to precisely adjust the length of double parallel insulator strings, ensuring installation alignment and uniform stress.

Model Meaning: DB = Single-plate adjusting plate, 10 = Nominal breaking load 100kN (10-ton class), 1080-200 = First hole distance 80mm, last hole distance 200mm (adjusting hole positions L1~L4 are 80/110/140/170/200mm respectively).

Dimensions: Plate width b = 16mm, end connection hole diameter Φ = 20mm.

Mechanical Properties: Nominal breaking load ≥100kN, reference weight approximately 2.25～2.70kg (slight variations due to manufacturer's plate thickness).

Material and Manufacturing Process: High-quality carbon steel, precision cut or forged, hot-dip galvanized throughout, equipped with stainless steel closed pins, conforming to GB/T 2314 standard.

Adjusting Split Conductor Sag: Connected between the tension insulator string and tension clamp, the sag of the two split conductors is finely adjusted by changing the bolt fixing hole position, ensuring line tension balance.

Solving Over-traction Problems: Connected between the tension insulator string and the crossarm fixing end, used to adjust the over-traction length during conductor installation.

This product is made of high-quality hot-dip galvanized steel, featuring high toughness, oxidation resistance, and corrosion resistance. Its surface is bright, smooth, and burr-free, capable of withstanding long-term tensile stress under complex outdoor climates.

In the production process, we have established a standardized quality control process for this commonly used model, strictly controlling every detail. After forming, each sheet is manually inspected for flatness and hole accuracy, and deformed, misaligned, or defective products are rejected. After galvanizing, a comprehensive visual inspection is conducted, and all unqualified parts with incomplete galvanizing or zinc buildup are reworked. Each batch of products undergoes random mechanical tensile testing to ensure stable and compliant 100kN rated load performance, guaranteeing safe use for high-altitude load-bearing and wind pressure resistance. Clear model markings can be engraved on the sheet body for easy material classification, inventory, and acceptance on construction sites, effectively preventing misuse with high-load regulating plates, and meeting various power engineering acceptance standards.
