Appearance Inspection
Inspect the adjustment plate surface for visible cracks and deformation, large areas of zinc coating peeling and flaking, loose or missing bolts, and exposed threads for rust.

Conductivity Test
Measure the contact resistance of the contact surface using a double-arm bridge. The resistance must be ≤1.2 times the resistance of a wire of the same length. Verify the integrity of the conductive paste coating. Clean and reapply any missing areas.

Quarterly Inspection
Use a calibrated torque wrench to check the torque of the M16×40 bolts to prevent uneven loading on one side that could cause the adjustment plate to tilt.

Annual Inspection
Use an ultrasonic thickness gauge to check the zinc coating thickness. The minimum thickness must be no less than 60μm.
