110kV–750kV High-Voltage Transmission Lines：Adjust tension and assembly length for multi-group insulator strings, eliminate uneven stress on long-span conductors;
Substation Busbar & Equipment Connection：Connect busbars and power equipment inside substations; stable electric contact with contact resistance controlled below 1.2 times the conductor resistance;

Complete Standard Production Process
Raw Material Preparation
Adopt 30mm wide, 8mm thick Q235B steel strips. Surface degreasing and edge deburring treatment remove sharp corners to reduce stress concentration during tension bearing;
Hydraulic Forming & Precision Drilling
Integrated stamping forming by hydraulic press, followed by CNC drilling for M16 matching holes (aperture ~18mm). Ensure uniform hole spacing for smooth position adjustment

Standard Hot-Dip Galvanizing Process
Pickling in 15% sulfuric acid solution at 60–70°C for 10–15 minutes to remove surface rust and oxide scale;
Flux soaking with mixed zinc chloride & ammonium chloride solution;
Dip into pure zinc bath (99.99% zinc) at 450–480°C for 15 minutes to form 30–50μm zinc coating

Optional upgraded process: Ultrasonic stirring zinc bath at 480–520°C to get denser zinc layer of 86–100μm for coastal corrosive areas
Factory Full Inspection
Every finished adjuster plate undergoes mechanical load test and fatigue cycle test. Only products passing all indicators are allowed to be packed and delivered
