Pre-treatment

The blank is placed in a heating furnace and the temperature is raised to 1100-1250℃ to put the steel in a thermoplastic state. Then it enters a precision forging press. During the forging process, the temperature and pressure are monitored in real time to ensure product quality.

Precision machining

The surface of the ball head is turned and ground to ensure that the smoothness tolerance of the ball surface is within ±0.02mm and to ensure the fit of the overall structure. Then, the hole diameter of the hanging ring and the thread of the connecting rod are machined to improve the strength and wear resistance of the thread and avoid stripping during hoisting. Precision machining lays a good foundation for installation and use.

Galvanizing process

To ensure corrosion resistance, hot-dip galvanizing is used during production. For indoor use, electro-galvanizing can also be selected. The zinc layer adheres strongly to the steel and is not easy to fall off during use. After galvanizing, passivation treatment is performed to form a protective film on the zinc layer surface, which can further improve corrosion resistance.

Finished product inspection

The inspection mainly includes the mechanical properties of the galvanized ball head hanging ring, testing the destructive load with a tensile testing machine and matching it with the corresponding model, visually inspecting the appearance to see if the zinc layer is uniform and whether there are any problems such as uncoated areas or scratches on the surface, and packaging the product in pallets and wooden boxes with cushioning materials to prevent damage to the zinc layer during transportation, and including a product instruction manual.
