Standardized Production Process

·Raw Material Pretreatment

Raw materials undergo spectral and hardness testing to remove impurities. The steel surface is sandblasted and pickled to remove rust, oil, and scale, and then cut into blanks according to specifications.

• Hot Forging

The steel billet is heated to 1100-1250℃ to enter a thermoplastic state, and then forged into a single piece using a special die. Temperature and pressure are monitored throughout the process to ensure forming stability.

• Precision Machining

The ball end is turned and ground, with the spherical surface tolerance controlled within ±0.02mm. The connecting rod inner diameter and threads are precision machined to improve fit accuracy and prevent stripping wear.

·Surface Anti-corrosion Treatment

The standard process is hot-dip galvanizing; electro-galvanizing is optional for indoor use. Passivation treatment is performed after galvanizing to further enhance the anti-corrosion protective layer.

• Finished Product Inspection

All finished products undergo tensile failure load testing, and the uniformity of the galvanized layer and surface scratches are visually inspected. Finished products are packaged in wooden crates with internal cushioning material to prevent scratches to the zinc layer during transportation. Each batch of products is accompanied by a product instruction manual.
