Production Process: High-quality base material cutting → CNC precision cutting/drilling → Cold bending integrated forming → Fine edge grinding → Anti-corrosion treatment → Post-galvanizing finishing → Full inspection of finished products;
Quality Control Points: Each process is inspected by quality control personnel, focusing on hole positions, dimensional accuracy, structural form, zinc layer thickness, and adhesion. Defective products are immediately reworked to prevent them from entering the next process;

After production is completed, the customized Steel Yoke Plate undergoes 100% full-item factory inspection. The inspection items include dimensions, hole diameter, hole position, tensile strength, zinc layer thickness, adhesion, surface appearance, and structural stability to ensure that all Steel Yoke Plates meet the requirements of drawings and international standards.
